Yes! All orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping across India. For orders below this value, a minimal delivery fee will apply.
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or outstation addresses may take slightly longer.
We usually process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days from our warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s shipped.

No, we don’t accept returns on live plants as shipping them back can cause severe stress and affect their survival. However, we ensure all plants are handpicked and shipped in healthy condition.

Yes! Non-plant products can be returned if unused/unopened within 7 days of delivery. If the product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
To be eligible, you must share a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel and the full unboxing process. Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Same-day delivery and festival-special products are also non-cancellable.
