Plant Return Policy
We don’t accept returns on live plants—because shipping them back and forth can cause severe transit stress, and the poor plants may not survive.
But here’s our promise: every plant is handpicked and shipped in healthy condition. If your plant looks a little dull after its journey, don’t worry—it just needs sunlight, water, and a little care to bounce back.

Non-Plant Product Returns
For all non-plant products (planters, tools, fertilizers, accessories):
- Damaged on arrival? We’ll replace it.
- Not happy with your purchase? You can return unused or unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
- If you simply change your mind, you can self-return within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges for self-returns will be borne by the customer.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or replacement to your original payment method.

Refund Policy
- Accepted & delivered orders are non-refundable.
- If the order doesn’t match your expectations or product description, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
Cancellation Policy
We follow a customer-friendly cancellation policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Same-day delivery orders are non-cancellable.
- Special festival collections (Diwali, Valentine’s, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
- Proof Requirement: The video must capture the parcel in unopened condition, the unboxing process, and the product exactly as delivered.
- No Post-Unboxing Claims: If photos or videos are taken after the product has already been unboxed, the claim will not qualify for return or refund.
- Verification Process: Once we receive your proof, our team will review it carefully. If your claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund back to your original payment method.
This policy helps us ensure fairness for all customers while protecting plants and products from misuse of return requests.
