6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Plants: Cannot be returned, as shipping them back can harm them.
- If your plant arrives damaged, report within 24 hours with an unboxing video.

- Can be returned within 7 days if unused or damaged on arrival.
- Refund/replacement is processed after verification.
- Self-return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Plants: Cannot be returned, as shipping them back can harm them.
